How to Play Colt Lightning Firestorm

Colt Lightning Firestorm is a 5-reel online slot created by Play'n GO. The game offers 1,024 fixed payways as standard, with the possibility to expand up to 3,125 payways during special features. Bets start from £0.10 and go up to £5.00 per round.

Your objective is to land matching symbols on adjacent reels, starting from the left-most reel. Only the highest win for each winning symbol combination is paid, and all winnings from the base game and feature rounds are added together and awarded at the end of each spin.

WILD symbols substitute for all symbols except SCATTERS and HORSESHOE symbols, and they only appear on reels 2, 3, and 4. Wins are determined based on the combinations shown in the paytable, which can be accessed at any time. The current bet cannot be changed during an active game round. The RTP for Colt Lightning Firestorm is visible within the game.

Core Game Features

Way Wins

Payouts are awarded when matching symbols land on adjacent reels from left to right. If you win on multiple payways in a single spin, winnings are added together.

WILD Symbols

The WILD symbol replaces all other symbols except for SCATTERS (FIRESTORM SCATTER and FIRE BALL SCATTER) and the HORSESHOE symbol, increasing your chances of forming a winning combination. WILD symbols appear exclusively on reels 2, 3, and 4.

HORSESHOE and the Lightning Blaze

The HORSESHOE symbol can only land on reel 3 and may appear during any spin. When it lands, it triggers the Lightning Blaze feature. This feature randomly adds 3 to 20 FIRE FRAMES on the reels. Each FIRE FRAME transforms the symbol inside it into the same type of animal symbol, potentially boosting win potential.

Unlocking Bonus Features

FIRESTORM FEATURE

The FIRESTORM FEATURE is activated by landing three FIRESTORM SCATTER symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4. When this occurs, both the Fortune Strike and Fire Free Spins features are awarded during the same session.

Fortune Strike

When the Fortune Strike activates, it delivers a random instant prize. The instant win can be one of the following: 5x, 10x, 30x, 40x, 50x, 100x, or 200x your total bet.

Fire Free Spins

Fire Free Spins begin with 8 spins and expand the reels vertically by one position, increasing the number of potential payways up to 3,125. During Fire Free Spins:

• COLT symbols transform into FIRE COLT symbols, which pay double.
• The HORSESHOE symbol can appear on reel 3, activating the Lightning Blaze feature. In this round, Lightning Blaze adds 1 to 4 FIRE FRAMES that remain locked in place for the duration of your free spins. At the end of Fire Free Spins, all FIRE FRAMES convert to the same type of animal symbol.
• Each FIRE BALL SCATTER that lands during free spins awards 1 additional free spin, up to a total of 46 free spins.

Game Continuity and Malfunctions

If your game round is interrupted, all game information and any bets placed are saved until you reopen Colt Lightning Firestorm. You may resume any unfinished round from where it stopped. Unresolved bets from incomplete rounds will become void after 90 days. In the case of a malfunction, all pays and plays are invalidated.
