How to Play Rich Wilde and the Tome of Insanity

Rich Wilde and the Tome of Insanity is a slot game developed by Play'n GO. The action unfolds on a 5x5 grid where symbols cascade down with every spin. To achieve a win, players must land four or more matching symbols connected horizontally or vertically, forming a cluster without any gaps. Clusters can start from any position on the grid. When a win is triggered, the matching symbols are removed, allowing new symbols to fall into place. The cascades continue until no further winning clusters are created. All wins from clusters and features are accumulated and paid out at the end of each round.

  • In the base game, an All-Seeing Eye may appear. When a win is formed on its location, it opens and adds 2-4 Book Wilds to the grid after all wins have been resolved.
  • During the Damnation Free Spin, there are 12 normal and 6 special Eyes. Opening every All-Seeing Eye in this bonus summons the Yog-Sothoth Wild. Additionally, opening 4, 5, or 6 All-Seeing Multiplier Eyes applies a 2x, 3x, or 4x multiplier, respectively, to the Yog-Sothoth Wild.

Portal Charges and Effects

  • Each winning symbol charges the Portal.
  • At 8 and 16 charges, 2-4 Book Wilds are awarded to the grid. Wins with these triggers activate the Harvest feature, which targets symbol positions two spaces away diagonally and three spaces away horizontally and vertically, attempting to destroy symbols in these spots.
  • At 30 charges, another 2-4 Book Wilds are awarded. Wins with these Book Wilds trigger the Abomination feature, which upgrades a gem symbol to a ritual item.
  • Reaching 48 charges activates the Damnation Free Spin bonus.

Damnation Free Spin Bonus

  • Triggered by collecting 48 Portal charges in a round.
  • A single Damnation Free Spin is guaranteed, featuring three Portal effects. Overcharges add an extra Portal feature for every additional four winning symbols, up to a maximum of seven features per spin.
  • One random Portal feature is triggered each time no win is achieved following a cascade, continuing until all Portal effects are used up.
  • The bonus round ends when all Portal effects have been played out.
  • Free Spins are played at the same bet level as the triggering round.

Unfinished Game Rounds

If a gaming session is interrupted, all current bets and game information are saved until you reopen the game, allowing you to resume from where you left off. Bets unresolved in incomplete games will become void after 90 days. In the event of a malfunction, all pays and plays are voided.
