The Big Dawgs is set in a lively urban neighbourhood, where powerful dogs roam the streets. The reels feature bold bulldogs, energetic terriers, and city-inspired icons like fire hydrants and tennis balls. Subtle city sounds and playful animations add to its relaxed atmosphere. The colour palette leans towards deep blues, brick reds, and bright highlights, capturing the city’s energy. Each spin brings a new mix of friendly canine characters and familiar street scenery. Perfect for dog lovers, The Big Dawgs celebrates the charm, loyalty, and camaraderie found in the heart of the city’s four-legged residents.

How to Play The Big Dawgs

The Big Dawgs is a slot game developed by Pragmatic Play, played on 5 reels with 10 paylines. Bets can be placed from £0.20 up to £4.00 per spin. The game's highest possible win is limited to 5,000 times your total bet per round. If this maximum win is achieved during free spins, any free spins remaining in that round will not be played.

Paylines and Winning Combinations

Winning combinations are formed when matching symbols appear on adjacent reels from any starting reel, or on adjacent rows beginning from any row, paying from left to right or top to bottom. The reels include a range of symbols representing canine characters alongside various themed objects.

Wild Symbols

  • Wild: This symbol replaces all others to help create winning lines.
  • Multi Wild: Also acts as a substitute for all symbols. Any win including a Multi Wild is multiplied by 2.

Special Game Features

Big Dawg Colossal Wild

During any spin, either a 2x2 or a 3x3 BIG DAWG WILD symbol may appear at random positions on the reels prior to the tumble feature activating.

Screen Clear Multiplier

If, after a spin and all tumbles, the only symbols left are WILD or MULTI WILD, with no wins left to be made, a random multiplier of x2, x3, or x5 is applied to the total win for that sequence.

Triggering Free Spins

The letters spelling "DAWGS" can be uncovered in the middle row and reel through the tumbling mechanic. The ways to trigger free spins are:

  • Revealing "DAWGS" horizontally or vertically will trigger DIRTY DAWGS free spins.
  • Revealing "DAWGS" both horizontally and vertically triggers DOUBLE DAWGS free spins.

Dirty Dawgs Free Spins

  • Begins with 5 free spins.
  • After each tumble resulting in a win, the total win multiplier increases by x1. The multiplier resets at the start of each new spin.
  • If "DAWGS" is revealed again horizontally or vertically during this round, 5 extra free spins are granted.
  • If "DAWGS" is revealed both horizontally and vertically, DOUBLE DAWGS free spins are triggered after the current round completes.
  • Special reels are used during these spins.

Double Dawgs Free Spins

  • Awards 10 free spins at the start.
  • The win multiplier starts at x1 and increases by x1 with each tumble win, accumulating throughout the feature.
  • This feature cannot be retriggered.
  • Special reels are in effect during these spins.

Additional Game Information
